Form the balls and put them in a deep form. The size of my form is 27 cm. From the mass turned out 9 balls.
Pour the milk into the pan, add the starch, flour and sugar. Put on a slow fire. Do not forget to constantly stir.
As soon as the cream begins to thicken, add the butter (20 g) and vanilla. We continue to interfere. As soon as the cream has become thick as sour cream, remove from the heat and allow to cool slightly.
Cover our balls with cream and distribute them according to the shape. Put in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Before serving, remove from the refrigerator and decorate to your taste. I decorated it with chopped walnuts and strawberries.
