Ingredients
Biscuit layer:
- 3 pieces Chicken eggs
- 100 gram Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla sugar
- 50 gram Butter
- 180 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- Baking powder
Curd layer:
- 400 gram Cream cheese
- 2 pieces Chicken eggs
- 100 gram Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla sugar
- 1 tablespoon Corn starch
Instructions
- First prepare the curd layer. Cream cheese, sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs lightly whisk until smooth.
- Add the starch and mix thoroughly again so that there are no lumps. Grease the baking dish thoroughly with butter. If you want a higher cake, then you need to take a smaller form. My size is 34*24 cm.
- For the sponge dough, beat eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar until a fluffy light mass is formed. Melt the butter and cool slightly.
- Continuing to beat, add the butter. Add the sifted flour with baking powder and mix. Pour the sponge dough into the mold. Smooth evenly with a spoon.
- Put a curd layer on top of the sponge dough. we spread beautiful patterns with a fork. Cover the mold with foil.
- Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 55-60 minutes. 10 minutes before cooking, I removed the foil so that the top of the cake was browned. The pie turns out delicious both warm and cold.
