- 80 gram Cheese hard Dutch or any other
- 2 pieces Chicken eggs
- 6 cloves Garlic 4 cloves in minced meat, 2-in mashed potatoes (if small cloves, you can more)
- 400 gram Pea fresh or frozen
- 1 piece Onion
- 30 ml Olive oil
- 1 bunch Mint fresh
- 1 piece Lemon
- Vegetable oil

- Chicken meat is passed through a meat grinder with garlic, add corn without liquid, eggs, 2 types of cheese. The hard one can be grated on a fine grater or cut into cubes. Stir, add freshly ground pepper and knead the minced meat again until smooth. Salt was not specified in the recipe, but I added a little.
