- Cut the chicken fillet into small cubes. Clean the ginger, grate it together with the garlic, add the lime juice and marinate the chicken with the resulting sauce. Fry the finely chopped onion, add the chicken. Pour out the coconut milk, add all the spices, and simmer for 15 minutes. Serve with boiled rice and be sure to sprinkle with chopped coriander.
