- 200 ml Cream (30%)
- 200 gram Sour cream
- 3 tablespoons Flour
- Mustard (to taste)
- 1 tablespoon Vinegar
- Allspice (to taste)

- Pour the sour cream into the pan where the chicken was cooked, stirring, cook the sauce until thickened. There is one thing that depends on how much water is left in the pan and how thick you want the sauce to get, so you may have to add water. Add salt to the sauce to taste, add mustard, pepper, paprika and vinegar to taste. Put the chicken pieces back in the pan.
