Cooked chicken in walnut breading with the addition of pomegranate sauce. Just improvising, but very successfully. The crust turned out to be quite dense, a pleasant sweet and sour taste of pomegranate sauce was added to the nutty aroma, and soft tender meat was under the crust. Instructions
- The photo shows everything you need for breading. Walnuts, pre-washed and calcined in the microwave or in a frying pan (as it is more convenient), chop, but not into flour. Soften the butter in the microwave (if the butter has melted, then let it cool so that the breading is preserved on the chicken).
