Chocolate Liqueur Recipe
I love chocolate liqueurs (well, sometimes, of course)! Recently I looked at one bottle with ingredients, and there are 6 different additives! I came to the conclusion that it would be better to do it myself, especially since it's very simple! It turns out a creamy chocolate taste! Chewy and moderately sweet. Degrees that you can adjust yourself!
Servings 1.5 liters
Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 20 minutes
Ingredients
- 250 ml Vodka
- 200 gram Dark chocolate
- 200 ml Cream
- 600 ml Milk
- 2 pieces Egg
- 160 gram Sugar
- 8 gram Vanilla sugar
Instructions
- We tried it in different ways, dark chocolate + sugar, milk and quite a bit of sugar. In both cases it is very tasty! This time I took 200 gr. here is such a chocolate + 50 gr. bitter sugar (do not degrease).
- Grate the chocolate on a grater (I broke it into pieces because my chocolate was stuffed). Add the chocolate to the mold with milk, cream, sugar and vanilla sugar. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs until smooth and add to the milk mass. Mix well and put on a slow fire.
- Keep on fire until the chocolate and sugar dissolve (always stir with a whisk), do not bring to a boil. The liquid should not boil!!! If the chocolate has not completely dissolved (the chocolate is of poor quality), you can grind it with a blender, but not for long, and then the cream will start whipping. When the chocolate is completely dissolved, add vodka and let the liquor warm up well, but do not boil!!!
- If necessary, you can drain the liquor! Pour the hot non-carbonated drink into bottles, allow to cool completely and store in a cold place.
- I try a couple of hours after cooling down! Delicious and without any harmful additives! It turns out about 1.5 liters of liquor!
