Ingredients
Filling
- 400 gram Minced meat
- 1 piece Onion
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Black pepper
Breading
- 5 tablespoons Oat flakes
- 2 tablespoons Sesame
- 1 piece Egg
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
- Heat the milk to a warm state, add sugar and salt, add yeast and leave for 5 minutes.
- Add the egg and whisk.
- Gradually add the sifted flour. At the end, add water and oil. Stir until smooth and leave for 10-15 minutes.
- Bake in a hot frying pan without oil.
- You will get 12 pancakes.
- Mix the flakes with sesame seeds.
- Whisk the egg and salt.
- In the minced meat, chop the onion and season with salt and pepper to taste. Put one spoonful on each pancake.
- Roll up the envelope and dip it in the egg.
- Then roll in breadcrumbs and preheated oil. Fry until golden brown on both sides, very quickly.
- And then a couple of minutes in the microwave or five in the oven, so that the meat is well fried.
