- Add 3 tablespoons of chilled strawberry puree. Mix well. Grease the mold with oil, cover the bottom with baking paper (you can cover the mold with cling film). Pour the resulting curd mixture into the mold. For this amount, the form should be small, about 400 ml. Be sure to cover with cling film and send it to the steamer for 35 minutes.
