- 1 jar Cod liver
- 2 pieces Egg
- Green Onion
- Dill
- Cherry tomatoes
- Sunflower oil
- 50 gram Cheese hard

- Slices of loaf or baguette (I have a loaf) fry in a pan until Golden brown. Cook hard-boiled eggs, peeled, finely chopped. Mash the cod liver with a fork. Finely chop the greens. Grate cheese on a grater. Mix eggs, herbs, liver, cheese, salt and pepper to taste (if desired, you can add a little mayonnaise, I did not add). Spread the resulting mixture on a fried and cooled loaf or baguette. Garnish with half a cherry tomato.
