Dessert of Caramelized Pumpkin and Ice Cream Recipe
Dessert made from available seasonal products, healthy besides. Add any gingerbread spices if you want. The pumpkin will be transformed, filled with aromas and will pass with a bang! with ice cream in the store for children and adults.

Ingredients
- 500 gram Pumpkin
- 1 piece Persimmon
- 0,5 piece Lemon zest and juice
- Brown sugar to taste
- 0,5 teaspoon Cinnamon or stick
- 50 gram Butter
- 0,5 teaspoon Vanilla sugar
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- Ice Cream filling for serving, to taste
Instructions
- Dessert can be made only from pumpkin. But I decided to add a sunny persimmon. A kind of pumpkin "nutty", with a soft peel, which can also be used.
- Cut the slices into small cubes.
- Melt the butter in a pan with sides.
- Start stewing the pumpkin in oil, then add sugar.
- Grate the zest on a grater.
- Add the zest to the pumpkin along with vanilla and lemon juice.
- We'll stick in a cinnamon stick or take a ground one.
- Take the persimmon in half or whole.
- Cut into cubes, too, like a pumpkin.
- We send it to the mold at the end, when the pumpkin has already softened.
- Mix everything together and keep on fire. Turn it off and let it brew under the lid. After switching off, you can add honey.
- You can serve it with ice cream right away.
- And coffee.
