- Add the rest of the flour. Knead a soft dough. Cover the dough with a towel or tighten with cling film and put it on the proofing. Then roll out the dough into a layer about 1-1. 5 cm thick. Cut the circles with a round notch. Put them on a Board, podpylennuyu flour and put on proofing for 15-20 minutes. In a container for frying doughnuts, pour vegetable oil so that when frying doughnuts, it is located in the middle of the doughnuts. Fry the donuts on both sides. Place the finished doughnuts on a paper towel to remove excess oil. Sprinkle the cooled doughnuts with powdered sugar.
