Ingredients
Dough:
- 160 ml Water
- 160 ml Milk
- 150 gram Butter
- 3 gram Salt
- 5 gram Sugar
- 180 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 10 gram Cocoa powder
- 5 pieces Chicken eggs
Cream:
- 450 gram Cottage cheese
- 300 gram Condensed milk boiled
Cap:
- 150 gram Poppy seeds
- 150 ml Milk
- 130 gram Honey
Instructions
- We prepare the dough. In a saucepan, mix all the ingredients for the dough, except flour and eggs. Put on a slow fire and wait until the oil is completely spilled.
- Next, pour the flour into the hot liquid and mix everything actively (knead the dough).
- Then you need to let the dough cool down a little, enter one egg and knead the dough well. I use the kitchen machine.
- Fill a pastry bag (or a thick bag) with the dough and place the eclairs on a baking sheet previously covered with parchment. bake for 40 minutes at a temperature of 160 degrees.
- Meanwhile, prepare the cream. Whisk the curd cheese with condensed milk, fill the pastry bag.
- When the eclairs cool down a little, pour the cream over them.
- We are preparing a poppy cap. Pour the milk over the poppy seeds and heat everything in a saucepan. Then we throw it into a colander and let the rest of the milk drain.
- We pass the poppy through a meat grinder and add honey.
- Spread the poppy mixture over the eclairs. Done! You can make tea and invite guests to a tasting.
