- Preparation of the dough ------------------------- Melt the margarine or plum. oil. Break the eggs and add salt, sour cream and cream, melted margarine. Gradually add flour and knead the dough - not very steep. Peel the onion and potatoes. Wash the chicken drumstick and vegetables accordingly. Cut onions into half rings, potatoes into slices 4-5 mm thick. Fry the onion, then add the chicken drumstick and simmer a little until the chicken is half done.
- Pour boiling water so that the dough is covered. Season with salt and pepper and put to cook on a small fire. At the end of cooking, add the bay leaf. If desired, add greens to the plate with the finished dish. I used to make a strudel from dumpling dough, to which I added a little yeast. I decided to try this option - I liked it. But, of course, this dough is high-calorie .... There was no cream at the moment - it was cooked on concentrated milk, slightly diluting it.
