I bought ginger cookies. But you can do it yourself. Here is the recipe: beat 3/4 cup of margarine with eggs and 1 cup of sugar. Add 1 egg and 1/4 cup molasses (can be replaced with honey or maple syrup) and mix well. Add 2 cups flour, 1 tbsp ginger, 1 tsp cinnamon, 2 tsp baking soda and 1/2 tsp salt and mix well. The dough turns out. Divide the dough into small equal parts and roll the balls. Cover the baking sheet with baking paper and put the balls on top, giving them the shape of cakes. Bake for 8-10 minutes in a preheated 175c (350F) oven.
