- 2 pieces Eggplant
- Olive oil
- 3 cloves Garlic
- Ginger (5 cm, fresh root)
- 1 teaspoon Cumin (ground)
- 0.5 pieces Chili pepper (red)
- 5 tablespoons Honey
- Lemon juice
- Salt (to taste)
- Sugar powder

- Finely chop garlic, grate ginger, finely chop pepper. Pour the olive oil into a large frying pan and fry the garlic in it for a few seconds. Mix ginger, cumin, chili pepper, honey and lemon juice. Pour in enough water to make the mixture more liquid. Put eggplants and oranges in this sauce, simmer them slightly until they absorb all the sauce. Add salt to taste.
