A glass of nuts (seeds) fry at 200°C for 5 minutes. (I roasted in the microwave in the "Aero" mode) and grind into a very small crumb with a blender. If there is no blender - miss through a meat grinder with petty netting.
Nuts possible more densely to lay in a glass (to make it less empty space).
Fry in a pan with a thick bottom of flour until a pleasant Golden color.
Pour ground nuts and fried flour into a Cup. Stir well.
In a saucepan pour sugar, pour oil and water. Bring the mixture to a boil with constant stirring and boil (over medium heat) until the sugar dissolves completely. Remove the mixture from the heat and allow to cool for 10-15 minutes.
Pour the syrup into a Cup with a dry mixture and mix thoroughly
Put the resulting mass in the form and well compacted. Put into the refrigerator for 4 hours (and preferably overnight).
Put the halva on a flat plate, sprinkle with powdered sugar and decorate with nuts or seeds.
