Pita:
- 400 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 0,3 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 40 ml Vegetable oil
- 220 ml Water hot
Filling (chicken fillet):
- 500 gram Chicken fillet
- 1 teaspoon Coriander
- 1 tablespoon Basil (dried)
- 0,5 teaspoon Curry
- 0,5 teaspoon Salt
Sauce:
- 150 gram Sour cream
- 100 gram Mayo
- 0,5 teaspoon Curry

Instructions
- Meanwhile, marinate the chicken fillet. Mix everything for the marinade: coriander, basil, curry and salt and mash in a mortar. Coat the chicken fillet. Cover and refrigerate. Peel the onion and cut it into thin half rings. Add a pinch of salt and sugar and 0.5 tsp of apple cider vinegar. If desired, you can pre-scald the onion.
- Cut the chicken fillet into thin strips. To prepare the sauce, mix all the ingredients. You can use just mayonnaise (including homemade) or any other of your favorite sauces that will go with chicken meat. Cut the pita bread in half (if the pita is not fully inflated, do not worry, you can cut it a little when you cut it).
