Ingredients
For the dough:
- 4 glasses Flour wheat / Flour
- 1 glass Sugar
- 1 glass Honey
- 3 pieces Chicken eggs
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Soda special baking soda
For the cream:
- 1 jar Condensed milk boiled condensed milk
- 500 gram Cottage cheese
- Glaze Ready- made chocolate icing for cake decoration, to taste
Instructions
- Mix sugar (1 cup) and honey (1 cup) in a bowl. Put the mixture on a slow fire. As soon as small bubbles form on the surface, add baking soda (1 teaspoon).
- When soda is added and heated, the mass will increase 4-5 times.
- Then remove the hot mixture from the heat and add, constantly whisking, chicken eggs (3 pcs.).
- Then gradually, in portions, add the total amount of flour.
- The dough should turn out slightly runny. Cover the bowl with the dough with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for a day. Then take the dough out of the refrigerator and start rolling out the cakes. To do this: sprinkle a sheet of parchment generously with flour and roll out the dough on a sheet of parchment. So do with the subsequent cakes. The number of cakes depends on the diameter of the cake. The thickness of the rolled cake is 3-4 mm. Bake the cakes in a preheated 180-190C oven until golden brown. Everyone has different ovens, in any case, you need to look at the readiness through the viewing window.
- Grind one of the cakes into fine crumbs using a food processor.
- Cream: Boiled condensed milk (1 ban.) beat with cottage cheese (500 gr.) to a creamy state.
- Spread the prepared cream on the cakes, the top and sides of the cake, then sprinkle with crushed crumbs. Decorate the cake to taste. As a decoration in this recipe, ready-made chocolate glaze was used.
