- 8 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Vinegar
- 60 gram Chicken fillet
- 60 gram Bulgarian pepper
- 70 gram Celery root
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 80 gram Lettuce leaves
- 40 gram Parmesan
- 60 gram Fillet (beef)
- 2 gram Thyme
- 2 gram Rosemary
- 60 gram Cherry tomatoes
- 50 gram Champignons
- 40 gram Peas (pod)
- 10 gram Onion
- 5 gram Basil
- Allspice to taste

- In a deep bowl, mix the salad mix and chopped cherries, then put everything on a plate. Preheat the pan. Pour oil into a preheated pan. When it is hot, add the vegetables. After a little roasting, add the meat, thyme and rosemary. Fry until tender. At the end of frying, add salt, pepper, vinegar and mix well. Put the finished ingredients on top of the salad mix. Sprinkle the salad with cheese on top. Garnish with Basil leaves and drizzle with olive oil.
