- Mix the cooled rice, 1 tablespoon of caviar, chopped seaweed (nori), sprinkle with balsamic sauce (in the absence of soy). Add homemade mayonnaise. Mayonnaise is needed in a minimum amount for a set of ingredients. There are many recipes for making homemade mayonnaise on the site. I used real Japanese mayonnaise.
