Prepare the products. If there is no fresh root ginger or garlic, you can replace it with dry, ground.
Pre-thaw the langoustines. Cut the carapace from the top along the back with scissors and remove the intestinal vein. Wash the crustaceans and let the excess moisture drain from them.
For the sauce, mix the olive oil, juice of half a lemon, soy sauce, ginger, crushed garlic, chili pepper flakes, thyme leaves and ground black pepper.

Bake for 15 minutes.
