- Cover the fillets with hanging strips of bacon. Cover the mold with foil and bake in a preheated 180 C oven for 40-45 minutes. The finished meat is allowed to cool at room temperature without removing the foil. Then put a small press on top (you can use cans of canned pineapples) and put it in the refrigerator until it cools down or overnight.
