Ingredients
Dough:
- 1,25 glass Flour wheat / Flour
- 1/4 glass Vegetable oil
- 1/4 glass Water
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
Filling:
- 5 tablespoons Brown sugar
- 150 gram Blueberries
- 2 tablespoons Starch
- 1 glass Walnuts

- Let's knead the dough first. To do this, mix flour, salt, baking powder. In another bowl, mix the water and oil, bring to a boil. Pour boiling water into the flour and knead the dough. Transfer to a bag and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- Chop the nuts into medium-sized chips. Combine the nuts with sugar, starch and frozen blueberries.
- Roll out the dough into a 1 cm thick circle.
- Place the filling in the middle of the dough and close in a circle.
- Bake at t = 180 for 25-30 minutes. If possible, so that the dough is ready and the filling does not reach, put the breadcrumbs in the microwave for 1.5 minutes. (I have it sometimes.)
