Ingredients
Meat base:
- 400 gram Minced meat lamb
- 4 tablespoons Rice
- 45 gram Butter
- 0,3 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Seasoning ready-made, for lamb
- 0,3 teaspoon Black pepper ground
- 1 piece Onion
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 200 gram Processed cheese soft
Additional:
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
Instructions
- For the filling, cut eggplant and zucchini into cubes, onion arbitrarily.
- In vegetable oil, fry the onion for a couple of minutes, add the zucchini and eggplant, salt continue to fry for another ten minutes. Cut the parsley and add to the vegetables, mix, cool.
- Boil the rice in a convenient way with the addition of butter.
- For the meat base, chop the onion and garlic.
- Add seasoning, pepper, salt, rice, onion and garlic to the minced meat. Mix well.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Form a meat biscuit: on a food film, distribute a portion of minced meat with a flatbread, put the vegetable filling in the middle and use the film to raise the edges of the meat tortilla (or in another convenient way). Trim the edges.
- Transfer the formed biscuits to a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil. In total, it turned out five pieces. Spread the processed cheese on top. Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Serve hot.
