Ingredients
Dough:
- 400 gram Pork
- 400 gram Potato
- 2 pieces Chicken eggs
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Filling:
- 400 gram Potato
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon Butter for the form
Instructions
- Cook the potatoes in salted water and puree them without adding oil and liquid. Pass the meat through a meat grinder three times.
- I have a form of 30 cm. Therefore, I doubled the number of products. The minced meat must be salted and pepper to taste. Add the egg yolks.
- Combine the mashed potatoes and minced meat. Knead well until smooth.
- Grease the mold with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
- For the filling, I chose small potato tubers, and from the large ones I prepared mashed potatoes for the dough. Raw potatoes should be cut into circles about two to three mm thick.
- Whisk the whites to strong peaks.
- Add the proteins to the meat dough, mix gently and immediately put into the prepared form.
- Put the potato pieces in a circle, partially pressing into the dough. Fill the entire surface of the pie with potatoes.
- Beat the egg with mayonnaise.
- Generously grease the cake with this mixture.
- Sprinkle the pie with breadcrumbs.
- Bake at a temperature of 170 degrees until golden brown. The finished cake will be well separated from the edges of the mold.
