- For this recipe, you can take any vegetables you want: green peas, string beans, carrots, canned corn, etc. I took frozen peppers and zucchini from the summer. Cut the vegetables into small cubes and put them to the onion, add salt, herbs (I have dry parsley), stir and simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes until half cooked.
