- In 30 minutes, the dough became soft and very pliable. Dust the tabletop with flour (2 tablespoons) and thinly (2 ml) roll out the dough into a layer, ~ 40*36 cm. the thinner the dough layer, the tastier the rolls. Lubricate the dough layer with sour cream (2 tablespoons) and let it soak for 3 to 5 minutes.
- For the sauce, mix: tomato paste (1-2 tablespoons), sour cream (2 tablespoons), sunflower oil (2 tablespoons) and water (100 ml). Add the seasoning, a pinch of sugar and mix. We try for salt and do not forget that the cabbage is salty. Fill the cabbage "pillow" with sauce, but do not overdo it, it is better to add the sauce in 30 minutes. Vegetables will also secrete juice.
