Ingredients
Dough:
- 300 gram Minced meat
- 1 glass Kefir
- 2 pieces Chicken eggs
- 1 glass Flour wheat / Flour
- 5 tblespoons Vegetable oil for fry
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Filling:
- 4 tablespoons Sour cream
- 0,5 jar Pickled cucumbers
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 9 twigs Dill
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a deep bowl, mix the yogurt and eggs.
- Add minced meat, salt and pepper to taste. Whisk well with a blender.
- Add flour and mix. The dough turns out like thick sour cream.
- Pour sunflower oil into a preheated frying pan. Put 2-3 tablespoons of dough, gently smooth with a silicone spatula or spoon into a thin pancake. Fry the pancakes until golden brown for 1-2 minutes on each side.
- In a bowl, mix sour cream, finely chopped garlic and dill.
- Cut the cucumbers into slices and send them to a bowl with sour cream, dill and garlic. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
- Take a meat pancake, put the filling on the edge.
- Roll it into a roll. Cut in half and place on a serving platter. Decorate according to your taste.
