Meatballs with Carrot Puree Recipe

Ingredients
Meatballs:
- 450 gram Minced meat
- 40 gram Hard cheese
- 50 gram Sunflower seeds roasted
- 1 bunch Basil
- 1 bunch Parsley
- 3 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 75 gram Bread crumbs
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 1 teaspoon Mustard
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Products for filling: fried seeds, hard cheese, Basil, parsley, garlic.
- All products are ground in a blender until pureed, adding vegetable oil.
- Add the egg, mustard, salt and pepper to the minced meat and mix thoroughly.
- Add in the bread crumbs.
- Knead the minced meat. The minced meat is very plastic.
- Divide the minced meat into 8 balls.
- Flatten the ball into a flat cake and put a spoonful of the filling. Shape the meatballs.
- Fry the meatballs on all sides for 5-6 minutes.
- Products for carrot puree: carrots grated on a fine grater, butter, cream, broth (I have chicken, you can also vegetable).
- Put out the carrots in butter, pour in the broth and cook for 5 minutes.
- Stewed carrots in a blender to puree, add cream, salt, pepper.
