Oatmeal Cookies with Zucchini Recipe
Soft curd-oatmeal cookies with the addition of grated zucchini. We can say that the cookies are dietary, because there is absolutely no butter and low-fat cottage cheese in it. I liked the healthy and delicious cookies, they are perfect for a cup of coffee with cream.

Ingredients
- 100 gram Cottage cheese
- 0,5 teaspoons Soda
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 0,5 piece Zucchini
- 3 tablespoons Oat flakes
- 3 tablespoons Flour wheat / Flour
- 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds to taste
Instructions
- GRATE the zucchini on a medium-sized grater. Put the cottage cheese in a bowl and extinguish the soda in it.
- Put sugar, salt, zucchini on the cottage cheese and break the egg. Plug.
- Add the oatmeal, stir and let stand for 5 minutes to make the flakes swell. Then - flour and mix.
- Spoon onto a non-stick baking dish or baking paper. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top. You can do with a poppy.
- Place in a preheated oven for 12-15 minutes at t-180 C. Focus on your oven.
- The cookies are ready!
