Pickled Mushrooms Recipe
The combination of 4 flavors in the marinade: sweet, salty, bitter and sour-it's just a feast for the receptors!

Instructions
Wash the mushrooms, pour boiling water, add 0.5 teaspoons of salt and put on fire. After boiling, cook for 5 minutes. Drain in a colander.

Add the crushed garlic and vegetable oil and mix.
Add lemon juice and spices and salt.
Pour the marinade over the mushrooms. Cover and refrigerate in a glass container or jar for 5 hours.
Serve marinated mushrooms with herbs to potatoes in uniform.
