Ingredients
Dough:
- 100 gram Sugar
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 100 gram Sour cream
- 100 gram Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1,25 glass Flour wheat / Flour
- 0,25 teaspoon Soda
Filling:
- 350 gram Cherries
- 200 gram Sour cream
- 3 tablespoons Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Starch
Instructions
- Put sugar and egg in a cup, beat with a mixer.
- Add sour cream and soft butter, mix well.
- To flour (1 tbsp. + 1/4 stack.) add 1/4 tsp. soda., knead the dough, it will not be very thick.
- For the filling, mix sour cream, sugar, starch.
- Take a detachable mold (I have d = 22 cm), cover the bottom with parchment. Carefully distribute the dough.
- Pre-defrost the cherries, let the juice drain. Put the cherries on the dough, you can lightly sprinkle with starch.
- Spread the sour cream over the filling.
- Bake in the oven at 180 * C. for 50 minutes.
