I don't really like yeast pies with fruit, but as always, there is an exception - and this pie is an exception! And the dough and the filling and the sprinkle are all one, everything complements each other. First cooked with some plums, but tried to add an Apple and liked this option more.
In a Cup dissolve the sugar in the milk, add the yeast and the flour with the salt.
Knead the dough, last of all adding the butter (with a mixer to mix everything well).
The dough is very obedient, soft, lively.
Cover and an hour in a warm place.
The form vystelit parchment - I prefer to get the pie and does not leak and does not burn.
Put the dough into the bottom evenly.
Plums break into halves and remove the bones.
On the dough put halves of plums, sprinkle with apples and remove in a warm place for 15-20 minutes.
For cover mix all of the ingredients.
To do with flour or flakes - choose to your liking.
Sprinkle plums and apples.
Heat oven to 200 degrees. Depending on the diameter of the mold bake 25-35 minutes.
Let the cake cool.
