I took 2 serving molds. I smeared them with olive oil. All the rest of the oil is used for watering the top of the collected dish. On the bottom of each form laid out half-slices of tomatoes. They have cod fillets on them. It did not fit completely in the mold, so I divided the pieces and carefully put them in each form. Cod fillet on top poured squeezed lemon juice. I put slices of zucchini on each fillet, alternating them with slices of mozzarella cheese for pizza. This cheese melts well. Take any hard cheese, it is important that it melts, and not in the oven. Sprinkle the top with a little salt, freshly ground black pepper, thyme and Basil, and drizzle with oil. Put in the oven, setting the time 30 minutes and T-180 C. The dish is ready!
