Potato tortillas made from whole grain flour. You can just take wheat flour and they will be white. As a filling, I use frozen white mushrooms. You can take any mushrooms, including: champignons, oyster mushrooms, honey mushrooms, which are now sold in stores all year round. Easy to prepare, very fragrant and of course -delicious!

Instructions
- Take a baking sheet and grease it with oil. Roll out the balls and level them in a circle. Each circle turned out to be about 11 cm in diameter. This will be my size of tortillas. Lubricate the top of the dough with oil and in the appropriate jar with a flat bottom make a recess with a diameter smaller than a circle so that the edges remain about 2 cm. I also oiled the bottom of the jar. This is done so that the dough does not stick to it.
