A cozy warm autumn morning with a cup of coffee brewed in a turk with cinnamon, and very quick pastries-puffs-pies with jam from figs. It's a pleasure. Delicious soulful pastries in 30 minutes with a cup of coffee or tea will warm you during these cold days of the last autumn month.

Instructions
- The dough layer should be removed from the refrigerator and defrosted. For one layer of dough, we will need 6 tsp of jam or 3 tbsp.l. Mix the jam with flour. This is done so that the jam does not leak onto the baking tray during the baking process. Flour can be replaced with starch. I don't see much difference.
- Cut the dough into 6 rectangles. For me, this is the best version of these delicious puffs-pies. You can cut the dough into 4 squares. They're just going to be big. Form rectangles from the dough, divide in half. On one half, make 4 incisions through, approximately through an equal distance. Spread 1 teaspoon of jam on the other half.
- Spread on a baking sheet or, as I do, in a non-stick coated form. If there is no non-stick mold, place the puff pastry on baking paper. To beautifully cover the baked pies with layers, we will need an egg yolk. You can, of course, lubricate the top with sunflower oil, but with the yolk tastier, tested. Brush the top of the puffs with a brush, dipping it into the yolk. Put in the oven, preheated to t-180 C, for 15 minutes. Focus on your oven. I bake them for 12 minutes. I have a small oven for 18 liters with elements on top and bottom, it is baked very quickly.
