  2. Grate the crab sticks on a coarse grater, spread over the pita bread. Randomly arrange the red caviar.
  3. Grate a fresh cucumber on a coarse grater, spread over the pita bread. Arrange the lettuce leaves in any order.
  4. Roll out the pita bread with the filling into a roll, wrap with cling film.
  5. Cool in water before serving for several hours.
