- 250 gram Herring (Ready-to-fillet in brine)
- 2 pieces Beet (Ready-made vacuum bag)
- 1 piece Potato
- 1 piece Carrot
- 1 piece Onion
- 140 gram Yogurt (Greek or natural, can be dense kefir.)
- 0.5 teaspoons Horseradish
- 1 clove garlic
- 0.3 teaspoons Lemon juice

- For salad dressing I will use the sauce for cooking that mix the yogurt (you can substitute yogurt), garlic, pressed, salt, lemon juice and horseradish. All combine in the bottle, shake well, that would be mixed sauce.My husband prefers regular mayonnaise, baby - cream, and yourself, beloved, I only seasoned the sauce).
