- Despite the fact that my recipe states that you will need 5 tablespoons of boiled beans, I soaked and boiled with a pressure cooker (the program "beans" 40 minutes) the whole package of beans. I put the beans in portions in bags and sent them to the freezer.I'll get them out and use them as needed. Very convenient.
- And now about decorating the salad: using a plunger or a tenderloin, cut out flowers of different sizes from red sweet pepper, cucumber and radish. It didn't take long. The remaining vegetables are cut into salad cubes, so after cutting out the flowers, there is no waste, everything goes into the salad.
