- Black rice is cooked for a long time, unlike ordinary rice. It should be cooked in advance and cooled, following the instructions on your package. Prepare all the products for the salad. I defrosted broccoli, disassembled it into small inflorescences and boiled it for a couple of minutes. It remained bright green. Red onion can not be put in a salad. I put myself a very small onion, cut thinly half-rings. Nuts clean and chop not very small. Cranberries in the salad is better to take dried, it is sweeter.
- Put in a salad bowl black boiled and cooled rice, steamed broccoli, walnuts, cranberries and red onions. Do in the dish dressing. Carefully combine the honey with olive oil. If there is no liquid honey, it can be melted in a water bath. Add the mustard. I prefer the French mustard in the beans for this salad. You can take a regular one.
