First of all, drain the liquid from the corn and let it dry a little.
Pour boiling water over the dates and wash them under cold water. Dry with a napkin or towel and cut into 6-8 pieces each.
Red onion cut into "feathers".
Squeeze out the juice from half a lemon, leave a little for dressing, pour the rest of the onion, let it be sour. Add a little salt. Allow 10-15 minutes to marinate.
Remove the flesh from the smoked chicken and cut into medium-sized cubes.
Wash the lettuce leaves in running water and dry them. Cut the thicker part ( at the base of the leaves), cut into medium pieces - the first cut.
The thin part is cut or cut with ribbons, set aside - the second cut.
Combine the corn, dates, chicken, and first-cut salad in a bowl.
Cut the tomatoes into cubes ( remove the liquid with the seeds, if desired).
Gently mix again.
Divide the salad into three parts, and place each in the center of the serving plate.
Also divide the lettuce leaves (second cut) and pickled onions into three parts.
Spread out around each slide.
Carefully mix the oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, pepper and Basil. This dressing pour the contents of the plates over the entire surface. Additionally, serve lemon slices, which can still acidify the salad if desired.
