A very pleasant-tasting salad, light and spicy. A glass of white wine will be quite appropriate here. The number of ingredients indicated is approximate, focus on your taste by changing the ratio of products.
Wash the arugula, dry it, tear it and put it in a bowl.
Wash and dry the grapes. If it is large and with bones, then cut it in half and remove the bones, a small boneless grape can be added to the salad as a whole.
Chop the walnuts and chop the onion into thin feathers.
Peel the avocado, cut it into cubes, sprinkle with lemon juice and add to the salad.
Add the cheese, cut into small cubes. Prepare the sauce by whipping olive oil with honey, salt, pepper and vinegar.
Pour the sauce over the salad and serve immediately.
