- 300 gram Grape
- 250 gram Bryndza Cheese
- 1/2 pieces Onion red
- 50 gram Walnuts
- 3 twigs Parsley
- 1 tablespoon Vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Balsamic
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Cut the onion into rings, add salt and sprinkle with wine vinegar. Leave for a couple of minutes. Cut or break the cheese into small cubes. Add the chopped parsley and walnuts. Add the marinated onion to the cheese. Add honey, vegetable oil, lemon juice, and balsamic vinegar to the wine vinegar and mix. Add the grapes to the cheese, mix and pour the sauce over it.
