  1. Prepare all the ingredients. Wash and dry the vegetables and pears. Fry the pine nuts in a dry frying pan. Slice the pear, peel the asparagus. Peel the orange and divide into slices. Add chopped cherries, orange slices, salt, pepper, sugar, butter, vinegar to the salad mixture — mix everything well and put it on a plate.
