  1. Pre-soak the white beans (I soaked them overnight).
    Pre-soak the white beans (I soaked them overnight).
  2. From meat and smoked meats with the addition of Bay leaf, prepare broth. The meat is taken out and cut into pieces. Put white beans, grated carrots in the broth and boil. Add canned red beans, tomato paste, salt. Cook until the white beans are ready. A few minutes before the end of cooking, add the meat. Serve with sour cream and herbs.
