I'll take a large red onion, I love red onions, I'll put half of the bell pepper from one piece, it's also large for me. Cut the potatoes into quarters, and then cut into slices about 0.5-0.7 cm thick. Onion - half rings. Cut the pepper into thin "noodles" long in length, crush the garlic with the flat side of a knife. Put it in the form. Sprinkle everything with salt, spices and pour 1.5 tablespoons of olive oil. Mix thoroughly. Sprinkle everything with grated white breadcrumbs, you can use breadcrumbs. I mixed everything again so that the potatoes were rolled in a mixture of butter and breadcrumbs.
