- 3 pieces Potato large
- 480 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 100 ml Milk
- 1 piece Chicken egg large +1 egg yolk for greasing buns
- 2 teaspoons Dry yeast
- 60 ml Vegetable oil +1 tablespoon for greasing the dough
- 1 teaspoon Seasoning ground: cumin, coriander, dry garlic
- 2 tablespoons Sour Cream (10%)
- 1 tablespoon Sesame
- 1 teaspoon Salt

- Grease the buns with beaten egg yolk, sprinkle with sesame seeds or cumin (I sprinkled them with that) and send them to a well-heated oven to 190*C, for 30 minutes or until Golden brown. They turned out to be very spicy, with a Golden crust and soft inside, buns. Buns can be served instead of bread. Very tasty with beer, as the buns are salty, crunchy and very spicy. These buns can not only be baked, but also fried on the stove, in vegetable oil under the lid.
