- We proceed to the preparation of squid. Fill the cleaned, washed squid with the prepared mixture and fix it with a toothpick.! By the way, the squid in the store are sold different. There are those that have already been cleaned (like mine), and there are those that still need to be cleaned of films, remove the insides and the chord. Pay attention to this before buying!
- Put the squid in a heat-resistant mold. Prepare the sauce: squeeze garlic into sour cream, add 100 ml of boiled water at room temperature and mix. Pour the sauce over the squid and send it to a preheated 180 degree oven. It is important to keep in mind that if your oven is powerful, then preheat it to 160 degrees. Bake for no more than 10 minutes and serve hot!
