- For the salad, we will need fresh vegetables. Tomatoes, sweet peppers and avocado cut into small pieces, sweet blue onion straws. Hard-boiled quail eggs and cut in half. Of course, eggs can be replaced with ordinary chicken. Sprinkle with lemon juice that will complement the avocado well. Salt and vegetable oil to taste. The mixed salad is spread on a thin pita bread and wrapped in an envelope.
